Little Forrest and I were showered with so much love, and I couldn’t have felt more blessed. My mom was the most amazing host and put together the shower of my dreams. It was absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I was in love with every single little detail.
This tea-time-themed shower kicked off at 2 pm with delicious pasta salad, fruit, donuts, peach tea, and much more. We spent this time chatting and I was so overwhelmed with joy to spend time with all the friends and family that came.
Following the delicious finger foods, we moved on to the gifts.
I was so thankful that I was able to take home amazing gifts, from diapers to sweet handmade gifts. I have the sweetest people in my life and I can’t express my gratitude enough.
My niece helped me unwrap all of the gifts and she was as excited as I was. I actually needed the help more than I anticipated. This belly makes bending over a little harder each day.
After all of the gifts were opened and I said my thank you’s we spent a few minutes snapping pictures.
Next up were the games that my sweet older sister prepared. There were three games, but we only managed to get to two. One of which was her actual gift to me which I thought was so clever and thoughtful!
A huge thank you to my mom, and older sister for making the day absolutely perfect.
Thank you to everyone that attended and spent the afternoon loving on me, and sweet baby Forrest.
Also, a huge thank you to everyone who sent their sweet words and well wishes. We are over the moon excited and can’t wait to snuggle this little baby in just a few short weeks.
