Strawberry Blueberry & Banana Smoothie

I love starting my day with a smoothie or a smoothie bowl. I feel like it sets the tone for the day. My go-to smoothie recipe is the best way to get a ton of nutrients & protein in first thing. I’ve found that it gives me more energy, keeps me feeling full longer, keeps my bloating down, my digestion regular & it tastes amazing!
This is totally optional but lately, since being pregnant, I’ve been trying to find ways to add collagen to my diet, and this is a perfect way! Give my go-to smoothie recipe a shot & let me know what you think!
Smoothie Recipe
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1/2 C Frozen Strawberries
- 1/2 C Frozen Blueberries
- 1 Scoop of protein powder (any flavor)
- 1 Scoop Collagen (My favorite is Vital Protiens)
- ~ 1/2 C Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 2 Tbs Chia Seeds
- Place all ingredients but the chia seeds in a blender and blend on medium until smooth
- Top with chia seeds & enjoy!
