To me, this is a day to spend quality time with the person you love most, and to show them you love & care for them with actions and words, not with gifts. That’s why I thought it would be fun to share a…

Flawed and Still Worthy
Flawed and yet we are still worthy. How does that work? We are all flawed, but that doesn’t mean we aren’t worthy… What is behind our thoughts of worthiness? I used to think that because I am flawed that meant I was unworthy. Unworthy of love, success, happiness, breakthroughs. Whatever it was, I saw myself as imperfect. We tend to seek out perfection and get very stressed out that we aren’t. It turns into an endless downwards spiral. Yet the funny thing is, none of us are perfect nor were we made to be. We fear we will be looked down on, seen as inferior if we show our flaws…

Give God Room To Show Himself Faithful | Faithful Friday
Give God Room To Show Himself Faithful This post may contain affiliate links, which means if your purchase from my link I will get a commission from that purchase, at no cost to you. God never loses faith in us so why do we stop God from showing us? The old me had every piece of my life planned out. The old me was afraid to take big leaps of faith and follow my heart. The old me let the fear of failure dictate my actions, let outside voices influence my steps, and let worry control my thoughts. I’d spend too much time tip-toeing over the edge or just testing…

This post is going to basically be just a photo dump of the whole week we were there. I hope you enjoy it! The Fourth of July Fourth of July was packed with fun! We started the day with some boating and ended with dancing. The day after the fourth of July was the…

Buffalo
Buffalo ,New York was part one of our summer trips this year. I’ve only been to Buffalo once, and it was less than 24 hours so needless to say I was excited to stay a little bit longer this time. The trip started with us getting up at 4 am and driving 10 hours. We stayed with my brother-in-law and his girlfriend (Tucker and Laura) in their cute home just outside of Buffalo in a small town called Derby. We spent a few days seeing the sites and getting the grand tour. The first place we went was a bar on Lake Erie called Turtle Joes Sandbar. Fun place right…

You Are Enough | Faithful Friday
When the world may say, “You aren’t enough.” Jesus says, “You are set apart and chosen.” It may say, “You are too weak.” Jesus says, “In your weakness, I am strong.” And when it says, “You are worthless.” But Jesus says, “While you were sinners, I died for YOU.” Remember that you are fearfully and wonderfully made. {Pslams 139:14} YOU ARE ENOUGH. MORE THAN ENOUGH Inside of you is every single quality that you need to fulfill your unique purpose in the world. I know that some days can be tougher than others. To know that you are worthy of being loved and to know that you have a solid…
